This App is easy to install and their customer service is impeccable. The fact that you can link your mail carriers and have automatic labels sent to the client for a return, is a game changer. Plus, you can charge a flat rate return price to the client as well.

This would be the fifth app I have tried using for a seamless return policy or my website and it surely puts the rest to shame. Wow wow wow! The onboarding experience was super easy. I had a slight hiccup with the installation, but their amazing customer support Wonder was an absolute dream in helping me not only install the code, but customise the graphics to correspond with our website. All the while communicating with some kick arse GIF's that made me smile while I waited. Once I thought our conversation was coming to an end, they said they would quickly check our logistics integration. Like, talk about going above and beyond.

Smooth, easy set up! Makes returns and exchanges easy for my boutique. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Live chat is a plus. Definitely recommend this return/exchanges platform!
