This App is one of the better Return Apps available out there and would recommend to any other business that needs to be agile and quick.

such a great customer services , the APP is easy to use , 24/7 customer services , the functions of the app can be customized upon on your request. The app was designed for return & exchange, but we were looking for recycling function our new sustainable campaign and we requested to Prime return team , they just provide extra support to built us new function. Highly recommended
