Great customer support!
We have been using Return Prime since it launched and its great to see the product evolving everyday to meet customer requirements. It's simple to set up and allows for multiple integrations helping us track our returns and exchanges better and reduce chances for manual error. Overall a great app for managing returns and exchanges! Hope they launch notifications on text / whatsapp soon as that will definitely help make our CRM smoother. A few more tweaks here and there and we will have a perfect product at our hands. Also the customer service and response times are exemplary, kudos to the team!

At first the app had some things that did not fit for our shop, but the customer service on the chat has help us in more ways that we expected about the billing, and the functionality of some thing on this app. We can go with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed at all ! The experience for our clients is way better now.
