We are satisfied with how the Return Prime Support Team assists us in our questions and concerns.

We are still new using the app but we are finding it very useful and hassle-free.

The settings are a bit tricky at first especially on how to set up the reasons for the return. Also had an issue with the return address but got an assistance right away from the support team!
