I just installed this app to my store. So I can’t really give a review on the app as of yet… but what I will say is that the customer service representative are phenomenal and I had the pleasure to be assisted by “Wonder” she was patient and such a big help she made sure to answer all my questions and help set my entire account up with the app. Keep up the great work . I will follow up with a review about the app once I see how well it works for my store

I needed a simple solution for a growing store that doesn't get many return requests, yet I wanted a portal for the customer to go to that would reject any requests past X days. And this does the trick without adding costs to my operation. It integrated with the store easily, and allows me to customize my messages to the customer based on what they intend to do. I don't need to connect to a logistics solution as all I wanted was a place for them to request and I take it from there via email. This worked perfectly. Customer support on chat was available and very helpful with my questions.

Absolutely seamless integration into our site! We have a ton of apps that customize customer accounts and add specific features, and this app fit in perfectly with our design. We also had some color changes that they took care of immediately. Cannot recommend this app enough! There is a legitimate free version, where if your returns are low enough, you can use the app for free while you grow. Absolutely essential for any Shopify website. Excellent app with an amazing customer support team! I ran into couple of integration issues and through the Live Chat I was promptly up and running in matter of few minutes. Moreover the app itself is very intuitive and the documentation is also very thorough and easy to follow.

Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well.
