I just recently installed this app so I am still trying it out but so far it's pretty good. The app itself looks good not only to use but when it's integrated into your site. There are some small things where you may need to reach out to support for help on (for instance I was having trouble putting a link in for my refund policy) but their support responds quickly when online and the customer support is friendly and willing to help. I will update my review after I try it for a bit longer.

App eccezionale, integrata perfettamente con Shopify. Anche free ha tutte le funzioni necessarie per gestire i resi al meglio. Ha anche tutte le notifiche automatiche relative alle varie casistiche e tutti i messaggi sono personalizzabili in italiano. Direi perfetta!

I have been trying to find a simple yet effective app that can save us the hassle of items return, exchange and refund for months. Which during I kept trying a lot of solutions from very well established companies. Truly was frustrating experience as none of them could deliver what we were looking for. Until by chance I ran into return-prime which did not not take more than 15 minutes to discover that this is the app we were looking for. Efficiency and simplicity are the core of return-prime and this is what any shopify store owner is expecting and looking for. Awesome solution with incomparable simplicity and second to none devoted customer support. Thank you guys.

This was my third attempt with an Returns App after wasting hours with others that didn't meet my needs.

I use this app to make exchanges easier for our customers. With this app, customers can choose to exchange within all products, and not just for the product they purchased. The set up was easy, and the customer service reps respond quickly.

Wonderful customer support, and extensive customization options. Highly recommended. Suitable for all businesses.

I needed a simple solution for a growing store that doesn't get many return requests, yet I wanted a portal for the customer to go to that would reject any requests past X days. And this does the trick without adding costs to my operation. It integrated with the store easily, and allows me to customize my messages to the customer based on what they intend to do. I don't need to connect to a logistics solution as all I wanted was a place for them to request and I take it from there via email. This worked perfectly. Customer support on chat was available and very helpful with my questions.

Absolutely seamless integration into our site! We have a ton of apps that customize customer accounts and add specific features, and this app fit in perfectly with our design. We also had some color changes that they took care of immediately. Cannot recommend this app enough! There is a legitimate free version, where if your returns are low enough, you can use the app for free while you grow. Absolutely essential for any Shopify website.
