Brilliant app, straight forward to setup with incredible support when I needed a little help or had questions. Many other developers could learn from this company!!

Relying on Apps on Shopify can be a pain but with the right customer service, anything is possible. Return Prime is a very accommodating company and the ability to customize and respond quickly keep my days on track. RP has been very transparent as to what is not available in the application but will also jump through hoops to make your special request happen in a timely manner. I am looking forward to see what they release in the near future as we strive to be more accommodating to our customer base as well. The app is great as well!

I have been using this app for about 1 year now and I am absolutely happy with it. Runs very stable has a ton of customizing options and is easy to operate. Not 1 complain so far :) Also shout out to the support team, who are super friendly, competent and have fast reacion times!

Does the trick. Makes the process very smooth. The only thing I don't like is their name makes it hard to search for questions that need answering because the search will take you to amazon prime results. I have had a good experience with their customer service chat boxes, though. All in all, great app.

We've just started using return prime to clean up and make our exchange and returns process more efficient and seamless for our customers as well as our team. We're really happy so far with what we see. The team is also available for any help we need and that's been a big plus in setting up the tool and improving our current syatem.

It's a amazing App for returns & exchange feature. I would recommend it to others to make reverse process easier. I also appreciate their customer support team. They listen to your concerns and even provide additional details required to make the process easier. A big Thumps Up!

Love this so much. Using the free version for now and it has made my exchanges and returns so easy. The customer service is unmatched, they answer every question within minutes!
