i had some issue to install this app on my store. then i opted for live chat with Marie-Claire. she was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my store. I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best things possible for my store and fixed all the issue on immediate effect. she excel at serving the clients. We are using Return Prime since some months now and we love the app, as all return handling is easy and straight forward. Great Support from the Appsdart Team. Fast and Professional. They are always open for suggestions and new challenges. We highly recommend this app. It will help you to manage exchanges and costumer returns easily in almost automatic flow. Enduser appreciate the clean and easy landing page for their requests. Finally they don‘t need to send emails and loose time. Integrations of Logistic and HTML Emails. Uploads of pictures and manual Shipment labels (if necessary) are rounding up the feature set of this app. We checked several or the competitors but most of them are much more expensive and really complicated or not having fast support responses. The integration to Shopify is perfect for exchange orders and refunds.

Its straight and simple gets the job done. If you are looking for an app that has a cheap price and lets you streamline your returns looks no further! Kudos to the customer service, I've not seen that level of care and good attitude in almost anywhere.

While there's room for improvement in some features, the dedicated sales and support team has been exceptional. They've tirelessly worked to find workarounds for our concerns, even when the tech front wasn't fully ready. Overall, we rate it 5 stars as of now However we anticipate further growth and enhancements with future updates.
