After going through 3-4 return apps searching for one that best fits our needs I decided to give this one a try. Return Prime is the absolute best. I am the furthest from tech savvy and it was an easy install. Everything was up and running quickly. I ran into a few minor issues because I neglected to complete a few tasks on the back end. So Automatic Return Process Was so hard in Indian ecommerce, and return prime did a good job making this app, it saved out soo much time

Pretty good app and cheaper than the previous one we were using. Had an issue with automatic shipping labels, but that was resolved. Very good customer service as they are always trying to improve their app.

I just started using it and have done one exchange. The process was very easy. I am mostly writing this review now because onboarding and set-up was very easy between the parts I did on my own and the customization I asked support to help with. The person who helped me was amazing! They were able to answer every question I had. Awesome first impression. Glad I switched from the very expensive app - Aftership which wanted to charge me $119 just to add the ability to do exchanges in addition to returns. Thanks Return Prime for making this switch easy.

This app makes processing returns so much easier than what we were doing previously. The dashboard is clear and easy to use, and the onboarding process was done in a matter of minutes. This app gives return AND EXCHANGE functionality for a great price. Other apps make you pay $$$ for both those features. Also, the app works really well and the onboarding experience was absolutely fantastic. They inject humor into the process to actually make it fun and funny along the way. The customer service is wonderful. I was so happy to find this app!
