Return Prime is such an easy to use app. It took me 15 mins to figure it all out, and I love how easy it is to give our customers an optimal return experience. This is an incredible app, however the best part about it was the onboarding experience. Shubham was just fantastic - he was patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was set up for success. Post launch, he was available to hop on as many calls (not that we needed it) in case if we faced any issues. He even offered to train my dispatch team, which saved me so much time and saved our company 100s of hours in managing and tracking returns. Highly recommend the team and would recommend other vendors to learn from their merchant success offered.

The App is awesome. Customer Service is as well. Shubham and the others helped me a lot to make it work for me individually with certain requests. No problem for these guys - I really recommend this. I LOVE this app. It's so easy for our customers to return products from their order and so I have more time to focus on my business. The support team is great and ready to help anytime. I really appreciate this point because even when you have a lot of knowledge in Shopify, still you are not able to develop but the team is there to help. We had an issue we faced and the app wasn't able to fix this yet but I talked to the support team and they created a solution for us within days. BIG LOVE!

We really like Return Prime, the support answers just in some minutes. Better than the alternatives :) Well, I didn't have any problem , just asked some customizations and guidance.. Perfectly solved..
