really great customer service, i am terrible with these apps made it really straight forward

I had a great customer service call with Shubham. I had been using the app for a year but not to it's full potential so I highly recommend doing a call with their call center. He taught me how to automate more processes to save my warehouse's team time and efficiencies. Also how to set up more parameters around what products can be returned or exchanged. And introduced me to this new system that offers customers discounts to deter returns and change them to exchanges. It was a very productive call and Shubham was very helpful.

Just started testing out this app and the support in setting up the account was beyond phenomenal. Great support on the online chat as I was helped setting up the account.

The service that I have received was so seamless. One of the best experience and very smooth I'll say . Greeva has been very helpful and patient with the whole process of making me understand the dashboard and other additional feature that i was not aware about .

the app works very good and the support is excellent! they also listen to you if you have ideas how to upgrade the app. Im very happy to work with them!
