As a startup I took a free plan to get started and I had some problems. I wrote on the chat, I got a quick answer and I spoke with an exceptional person "wonder" who did everything to solve my problem. Now everything is working properly. very professional support i really recommend.

I have researched all of the major returns apps and decided to go with Return Prime for our store. By far one of the best Return apps available for Shopify. Streamlines the entire process for customers so that it takes a job off of your plate. There are some features I've requested that the Return Prime team responded they're currently working on building it out. Sounds like their development team has a great plan in place. The value we're going to get from this app is incredible!
Their team is so quick to respond to all of my questions. Really wonderful customer service! Their automatic Return Process has saved out soo much of my time :)

Potential Security Breach Alert: We have encountered a concerning issue where our shop seems to have gained access to conversations from other shops within our account. This has exposed personal information. We're uncertain about any other potential leaks at this point. Urgent action is required to address this situation and prevent further unauthorized access.

It has been an interesting journey with Return Prime! I waited to write this review until we had been using the platform for a few months. Here's the report: First off, the customer service is top notch. They really are there to chat, call, and help resolve issues any time you need them. Zero complaints about their responsiveness and friendliness. Thanks to Wonder Woman and Shubham for all their help! The program itself runs smoothly and without major issue. It looks good on the customer facing side and give you a lot of control over the language used throughout the return process. There is some funkyness when it comes to the back-end processes. More control over inventory allocation for exchanges would be nice. Same could be said for being able to change/combine returns and exchanges. You will have to work within the constraints of their system to process requests. Return Prime is not a custom platform so expect a few compromises. Overall I recommend looking at Return Prime as your returns platform. For a vastly-less-expensive-than-their-competitors option you can't go wrong. For the issues we have encountered, they seem to be working on solutions and we are looking forward to seeing what they will provide.

I was struggling to set up my return path with some apps for the last week. Fortunately, I found Return Prime app and installed it to my Shopify store. Soon after installing the app their team contacted me and they have done everything for me from their end. They have guided me to select logistic partner as well. I have never seen this type of amazing service before. I recommend this app for Shopify beginners. The staff connected with me was so talented and done the job to my satisfaction.

One of the best apps available for Return & Exchange management on Shopify.
I have been using the app since 3-4 months now and it works seamlessly.
Their main USP is to push for exchanges as against just accepting Returns.
