no need to look for other apps, I did that research for you my friends and this one is the real deal! after installing and testing 5+ return/exchange apps, this one remains the PRIME!, they understand how to benefit the seller as much as they facilitate it for the customer. No other apps cleverly upsell and try directing the customer for an exchange instead of a refund like this one does! these people are geniuses of not leaving any money on the table and I'm all in for it!

Absolutely seamless integration into our site! We have a ton of apps that customize customer accounts and add specific features, and this app fit in perfectly with our design. We also had some color changes that they took care of immediately. Cannot recommend this app enough! There is a legitimate free version, where if your returns are low enough, you can use the app for free while you grow. Absolutely essential for any Shopify website. Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well.
