Amazing support. They are prompt and quick in responding and resolving issues over a chat, or one can also easily schedule a zoom call in case of more complex issues. The app is also very user friendly and automates the return and exchange process to simplify it significantly!

Return Prime was one of the first apps I installed when I set up my store 2 years ago.

I probably only use 50% of it's capabilities, but it's been rock solid. It's easy to use, no customer complaints, and no-outages, so I don't have to stress about returns or exchanges.

This is a great product. Highly recommend.
