I have been trying to find a simple yet effective app that can save us the hassle of items return, exchange and refund for months. Which during I kept trying a lot of solutions from very well established companies. Truly was frustrating experience as none of them could deliver what we were looking for. Until by chance I ran into return-prime which did not not take more than 15 minutes to discover that this is the app we were looking for. Efficiency and simplicity are the core of return-prime and this is what any shopify store owner is expecting and looking for. This was my third attempt with an Returns App after wasting hours with others that didn't meet my needs.

I use this app to make exchanges easier for our customers. With this app, customers can choose to exchange within all products, and not just for the product they purchased. The set up was easy, and the customer service reps respond quickly.

I needed a simple solution for a growing store that doesn't get many return requests, yet I wanted a portal for the customer to go to that would reject any requests past X days. And this does the trick without adding costs to my operation. It integrated with the store easily, and allows me to customize my messages to the customer based on what they intend to do. I don't need to connect to a logistics solution as all I wanted was a place for them to request and I take it from there via email. This worked perfectly. Customer support on chat was available and very helpful with my questions.

Absolutely seamless integration into our site! We have a ton of apps that customize customer accounts and add specific features, and this app fit in perfectly with our design. We also had some color changes that they took care of immediately. Cannot recommend this app enough! There is a legitimate free version, where if your returns are low enough, you can use the app for free while you grow. Absolutely essential for any Shopify website. Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well. This app offers a one hundred percent functional returns page for your customer. Customer service is beyond patient and prompt when contacted. I am loving this app. You will too! Thank you!
