We have been using Return Prime for a few days now and based on the initial usage, the app is providing everything that it has promised. It has helped a lot to automate our returns/exchange processes. We need to use it for a few months to get to a stage where we can list down a detailed pros/cons. But up until now, it has been really beneficial for us to automate our processes.

We tried most of the apps in this category and this one is the best one. It's easy to use yet provides a lot of functionalities. It also takes into account cash on delivery orders, providing an option to return the money to the customer's bank account which is a big plus for us since we have many COD payments.
