Useful app and helpful support! I have used this app for my store and during configuring faced some integration issue but the Support guy help me in meaningful way.

Super easy to set up (much muck quicker than other return apps and with much less frustration), works perfectly and the service is just the best I ever experiences with a Shopify App.

This App is easy to install and their customer service is impeccable. The fact that you can link your mail carriers and have automatic labels sent to the client for a return, is a game changer. Plus, you can charge a flat rate return price to the client as well.

I have NEVER, and let me repeat, NEVER dealt with an app that has such amazing customer service. They will guide you through the entire account setup with accuracy and ease to ensure your returns page/process is nothing short of immaculate. This would be the fifth app I have tried using for a seamless return policy or my website and it surely puts the rest to shame. They have only begun on there journey into being the worldwide leader in ecommerce returns and they already are outperforming the biggest of names. Wow wow wow! The onboarding experience was super easy. I had a slight hiccup with the installation, but their amazing customer support Wonder was an absolute dream in helping me not only install the code, but customise the graphics to correspond with our website. All the while communicating with some kick arse GIF's that made me smile while I waited. Once I thought our conversation was coming to an end, they said they would quickly check our logistics integration. Like, talk about going above and beyond.
