What brilliant service! I had a small issue with defining a product tag and support sorted the issue out in less than 5 minutes! ' Wonder ' responded within seconds and resolved it within minutes. I switched to Return Prime because my previous returns app on Shopify is shutting down. It LITERALLY took less than 10 minutes for the entire process.
