We needed some help regarding clients not receiving their return label, and Mark was understanding, clear, and quick to solve our problem. Besides that he was very proactive, and helped us set up the automation for return request approval. Thank you so much for all the precious help!
Game-Changer for Returns and Exchanges!
Return Prime has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It helped us significantly reduce return rates by smoothly converting many of them into exchanges, improving both customer satisfaction and revenue retention.

One of the best apps in the Shopify app store. If you are looking for an app that can help you Return or Exchange products, look no further. They have many integrations for different systems, many customizations for processing reasons, and email templates that are also customizable.
The secret gem of this app is their support team. Any questions or problems my team or I encounter, they are extremely quick to get back to us and they make sure to follow up in a timely manner, as well.
This app has been a disaster for Duradero. The day we turned on automation for returns and exchanges it retroactively refunded all exchanges for the previous 30 days totaling over $20,000. Over $11,000 was directly deducted from our account in one day before we discovered it and turned it off.. We thought it was theft but it was bad programming.
It was difficult to contact them, they are based in India and it took over 48 hours to get a response. After 5 weeks of back and forth they did issue us a $3500 credit in the Shopify store. This issue happened to coincide with an acquisition of their company so this really felt like they swept us under the rug and stalled as long as possible for resolution.
They claim this was some error on our part but how could you possibly have an app that could be programmed to issue retroactive refunds on exchanges??? This was a nightmare and I would recommend NOT using this app.
We used LOOP before, no issues. We now use REDO and would recommend either of those options. REDO is a better value by far and the service level and the team there are tremendous.
I recently started using Return Prime, and so far, it has been a smooth experience. The app is easy to navigate and does exactly what it promises. What stood out to me the most was their ultra-fast support—they responded quickly, helped me make a small design change, and implemented it in no time.

The potential of the app is high, however essential menu adjustments (in the exchanges) are not possible.
Besides that you cannot switch off the overlays in the app, which keep showing up every single time you log in, very annoying.

The customer service has been prompt and extremely helpful. I am very glad we have chosen this app! The functions at the basic label are also great. I was able to schedule a call to go through the entire platform, and they sat down with me and answered all my questions! If you need your hand held to set up your systems like I do, this is a fantastic app to use!
I spoke with Wonder today for help setting up returns in my store. They were prompt, helpful and integrated the app with my shopify store in minutes! I'm not particularly tech savvy, so it was great to have someone there to help so quickly.
