To date, my store have not processed any returns. However, I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt and kind support received via the chat feature with setting up the Exchange Submission page on my website. As soon as the rep was granted permission to collaborate it literally took them a few moments to complete the task, by which they confirmed the change. Thanks so much of the support and I will update this review whenever the first exchange is submitted and processed.

Great customer service. They helped me get return prime all set up on my website free of charge and made it super simple via their online chat. Just installed as of today, so no experience with functionality yet, but I'm hoping it's as good as their customer service!

I LOVE this app. It's so easy for our customers to return products from their order and so I have more time to focus on my business. The support team is great and ready to help anytime. I really appreciate this point because even when you have a lot of knowledge in Shopify, still you are not able to develop but the team is there to help. We had an issue we faced and the app wasn't able to fix this yet but I talked to the support team and they created a solution for us within days. BIG LOVE!

Return Prime is such an easy to use app. It took me 15 mins to figure it all out, and I love how easy it is to give our customers an optimal return experience. This is an incredible app, however the best part about it was the onboarding experience. Shubham was just fantastic - he was patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was set up for success. Post launch, he was available to hop on as many calls (not that we needed it) in case if we faced any issues. He even offered to train my dispatch team, which saved me so much time and saved our company 100s of hours in managing and tracking returns. Highly recommend the team and would recommend other vendors to learn from their merchant success offered.

It was amazing that Shubham was proactive in ensuring the app was working well & live for my store by reaching out directly to me about my oversight when he noticed I did not launch it properly.
