To date, my store have not processed any returns. However, I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt and kind support received via the chat feature with setting up the Exchange Submission page on my website. As soon as the rep was granted permission to collaborate it literally took them a few moments to complete the task, by which they confirmed the change.
