Extremely bad experience. Since the start, have been facing many issues. Prepaid refunds not being done. 2 products return not integrated with Inventory management platform. Have to do many things manually. Support system is weak and things are not getting resolved on priority. Team changes the settings in backend without intimation which again leads to major issue. Not really happy. Will not recommend this. Genuine review.
We are extremely satisfied with the Return Prime app and their support team. The app works perfectly and has made our return process much more efficient. Whenever we had a question or issue, their team responded quickly and helped us resolve everything smoothly. Highly recommended!
