Warnow Return Quarantine

Prevent returned items from becoming sellable before they arrive and pass inspection.

Refunds can make fulfilled items available again before the physical return arrives. Return Quarantine detects clear refund and return signals, then either records the risk in Monitor mode or moves the exact quantity from available to quality control in Protect mode. Uncertain cases are never changed automatically. Staff can review each case, release sellable items, mark damage, and trace every inventory action by variant and location.
