Hi there Maze team! We see that your ticket was sent to our helpdesk spam folder. Our average response time is under 1 hour normally. Our support team has just sent you a note if you'd like further help.
We can't print receipts of the gift card directly in the app due to Shopify limitations. You can still print the gift card by pulling it up on the customer's profile in Shopify POS.
Customers definitely can be attached and we'd be happy to help with that.
