Allow customers to return items in store with POS without a receipt! Issue credit without an order #
Simply scan the items that you wish to issue a credit (gift card) for on Shopify POS to add them to the cart, and then tap the 'Return Without Receipt' tile. Our app will allow you to issue a gift card for the value of those items.

No response to support requests
No way of attaching a customer name to the transaction
No receipt printed once gift card issued

We can't print receipts of the gift card directly in the app due to Shopify limitations. You can still print the gift card by pulling it up on the customer's profile in Shopify POS.
Customers definitely can be attached and we'd be happy to help with that.
