Really impressed with the software, physical presence, and team behind ReturnBear. They really fill a gap within the ecommerce world for reverse logistics, and it's not at a cost; we've actually been able to save on our returns process by switching over, as their ability to receive and redistribute product efficiently has been a huge benefit for our 3PL and overall returns processing.

I was ReturnBears first customer as they were building out the platform and I couldn't be happier with the process and level of service I have received along the way. For customers, buying shoes is tough and having an easy/painless return process is an advantage when it comes to overcoming objections and hesitations before the purchase. The fact that customers can drop off their returns at a nearby location and get their refund almost instantly has been a great boost to get first timers to the brand.
As a brand without our own physical stores, this allows us to be more competitive in the market vs the retail channel. Over Q4, we saw over half of our returns go through the drop off location! This saved us $$ as well since we were able to consolidate returns through ReturnBear vs having individual packages come back to our warehouse (Shipping in Canada is a big expense line for eCommerce).
The team at ReturnBear have been fantastic partners, they're quick to respond and always improving their platform. Highly recommend.
If you want to simplify your returns process and make your customers happy, then this is the app for you. Once the app is set up, you can essentially forget all about your returns, they handle almost every aspect of the process. I cannot recommend this app enough!
We use ReturnBear to handle all of returns. They make returns EASY for us and our customers. Prior to ReturnBear, it was a messy process and resulted in frustrations for our customer. Since using ReturnBear: our return related customer service tickets have gone down, customers recieve refunds in a timely manner, and our warehouse team doesn't have to sort through returned merchandise to sort and put back. The team at ReturnBear are fantastic, they are very responsive and listen to our needs. We're looking forward to them expanding their access points to more locations across Canada.
