ReturnFence evaluates each new order against rules you configure using refund events available in Shopify's standard 60-day order-history window. Matching orders enter a review queue where you can approve the order or add a hold tag before fulfillment. ReturnFence does not identify Shopify Returns, determine abuse, cancel orders, or make fulfillment decisions. Refund signal scores (0-100) rank your review queue, with a weekly Pro digest and one-click refund history import.
