Their staff have been SO helpful, and have been incredibly useful. I cannot thank Geanica especially, who has been an absolute blessing for setting everything up for us. Their team is responsive, quite literally responding instantly, and cut straight to the point and can answer your questions. I highly recommend this app for you to use for returns. I have tried SO many other apps, but this one has been quite literally perfect. Thank you to this team again! And Geanica especially.

Extremely happy with this app and the customer service! Super responsive staff with my endless questions. I am not a pro so needed some assistance to understand things. Chris was extremely patient and understanding and helped me accomplish my goals. Their chat feature for help was awesome and got me the help in needed immediately. Good UI/UX, and great customer service. We were looking for a return app for some time, that is easy to use and has a good UI/UX. Also, the customer service has always responded to our ticket in 30 seconds, with the right answers.
