It's very easy to ask for support for this app. There is always someone to answer your query in less than 2 minutes of waiting. Reyn Valera spent almost 3 hours Zooming with me to succesfully setup my Returns and Exchange Portal! That's a feat. It's amazing how she walked me step-by-step setting up the app in a friendly manner and calming soft instructions. It gained my trust too to ReturnGo customer support.

This month, we began transitioning from Returnly to ReturnGO. Despite this being a significant undertaking for ReturnGO, they provided us with exceptional customer service, displaying professionalism and care. As for the app itself, we have encountered a few technical difficulties (which is to be expected when migrating to a new app), but their live chat assistance has been invaluable in resolving our issues. So far, so good.

Awesome returns app! Great functionality, nice price and super good support. The integrations work and it has streamlined our operation and removed much manuality. Two thumbs up!
