AMAZING customer support and a pretty seamless returns app - pricing is great, customizability is great. Just wish that the tracking from stamps.com communicated with the app so each return would automatically move into the correct category (i.e., shipment in progress, shipment received, etc.) but this is just a minor inconvenience for an otherwise wonderful, easy app!
Great product. Lots of options, rules, if-thens. Love the exchange function for size/color. This has cut our return/exchange request process time in half. Thank you ReturnGo!

Top review for them! The onboarding with the team was quite more than amazing and their support after settings is very quick and efficient. We were looking for the best way to create an automatic and cool return and exchange process for the customer and our employees. Til now, it seems we found it. All the team is very willing to help and answer your requests asap. We are still working together on improving the system for both sides. Highly recommend them!
I've been using Return Go for over a year now, and it has significantly reduced the time and effort required for managing returns through the exchange portal. Our customers greatly appreciate this user-friendly tool for initiating return requests, and it instills confidence in their shopping experience.
This app has been a game-changer for me and has saved me so much time. I used to use the built in Returns Portal with ShipStation, but it did not have the customization options to choose different service levels with USPS, so I was always paying Priority Returns, otherwise customers would receive errors with First Class. Now having the options to do both returns AND exchanges has simplified things so much. This app really has it all - it does take a bit to get set up and understand everything - but once you pass that learning curve it's a very solid app. I couldn't imagine being without it now. As far as Customer Service, I have worked with many people, especially Lian, and they have all been wonderful and extremely helpful!
Really loving ReturnGo so far. The support team is so kind and quick and really goes step by step with you during the onboarding so you don't feel all alone after downloading the app like other apps I have experienced. I am also happy they are able to accommodate different eligibility rules for returns which is something I have had trouble with in the past. So far so good!
