Our company have been using ReturnGo for a few months now, and honestly, we have had nothing to a positive experience with them.
From the very first call where they showed us what they can do, their sales pitch if you like, was not pushy or too much like some of the other companies we called with at the time. Genuine, friendly and honest.
And since, every issue or query we've had they have been quick to help and where they haven't had an answer they've been keen to help and quick to deal with it.
Honestly, I wish there were more companies that were this helpful and easy to work with. Customer Service is exceptional.
For the platform itself, it's great! Easy to use, both front and back end, and accommodates everything we need from it.

We started with ReturnGo a while ago and actually switched to Ecoship because of their AI solutions. Well, after about 6 requests to Ecoship customer service, I decided to switch back. This time, I actually used their customer support, which I must say is outstanding. They helped me set up the process for both of my Shopify stores and have answered questions and helped with integrations with other apps. Now that the app is set up correctly (the initial setup was actually our fault), I am very happy..
There is no comparison between the two apps and the customer support is amazing. If you have the choice, just use ReturnGo and make your life easier.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Its a great returns app with lots of features and a very responsive support team. Excited to see how they grow in the future.
This app is very worthwhile using. It has all the features we look for in a returns portal and new ones we didnt know existed. The team work really hard to make sure that they provide the best possible product and their service levels are incredible.
I use ReturnGo's Exchange Assistant application to help with customer feedback and store credits for my store. It is extremely user friendly and allows us to seamlessly receive customer feedback on orders as well as offer customers store credits on returns/exchanges, as opposed to always offering full refunds.
Hands down the best return application on Shopify. Nothing comes close. If you think Loop is the only game in town, think again. You can be up and running and processing returns in less than an hour. Support is second to none and the feature set grows constantly. A must install app for stores of any size.

La multiplicité des politiques de retours permet de gérer avec aisance des retours de différents types dans différentes zones géographiques, vers différentes adresses et selon différentes typologies de clients. Le multilingue est bien géré. Et le service client est tout simplement fantastique ! 5 étoiles bien méritées.
Used after Return Magic shut down. Works well, notable improvement to Return Magic. Would recommend if looking for affordable return portal.
I am thrilled to have discovered ReturnGo! I had previously been using ReturnMagic for many years, but Return Magic was acquired by Shopify, and Shopify pulled the plug on ReturnMagic (and there was no development or features added since Shopify acquired the app). ReturnGo is a welcome breath of fresh air! VERY responsive sales and support team.
The developers are actively adding and fixing and refining. As of 08-March-2022, I'd say most of the growing pains are behind them, and ReturnGo is all we need or want. The UX on the customer side is clear.
EVERY word on the UI can be edited.
They now allow a return label fee per return shipment.
RELALY LOVE the exchange workflow with draft order ready to 1-click process. About half our returns are color swap exchanges, so this is a very welcome feature. We can also ship the exchange on carrier scan - very Amazon like and great for the customer. I am not in love with the customer-facing email formatting. I have asked the devs to look at converting to plain text or a less complicated html structure. Overall, if anyone is migrating form Return Magic, this is a no-brainer.
If anyone is considering this because their return app is $$$$, this is your possible winner. I will jump back and update this review periodically. [UPDATE, 15-MAY-2022]
ReturnGo has been a 5-star experience for our team and our customers.
We have not had a single "your return process is complicated" from customers (which we had all the time with ReturnMagic) The ease of processing returns and exchanges on our side are also effortless.. one-click draft orders for exchanges saves time and money.
and partial exchange and refund makes it easy on the customer and us, I have only needed to engage with the support team once in 2 months for a routine question, and the chat service was fast and responsive to my question. The only thing that would make this app better is if made my coffee for me every morning. Thank you to the entire team @ ReturnGo for making this part of my business easier and better for the customers (and us).
