This month, we began transitioning from Returnly to ReturnGO. Despite this being a significant undertaking for ReturnGO, they provided us with exceptional customer service, displaying professionalism and care. As for the app itself, we have encountered a few technical difficulties (which is to be expected when migrating to a new app), but their live chat assistance has been invaluable in resolving our issues. So far, so good.
Best returns app on Shopify hands down. Extremely customisable, very good support and looks very professional. App is updated constantly and keeps getting awesome new features - unlike other apps which are rarely updated. The price is worth very penny. Highly recommend.
Can't recommend this app enough! Their customer service team has been amazing (especially Junessa) in helping us get set up and this app has really helped us to provide better levels of service to our customer base! 5 stars

Excellent app to organise all your returns and exchanges. Makes the process easy for the customer as well as for the store managers. Fantastic support, always ready to help (do these people ever sleep?). The returns solution is a must for any serious ecommerce store owner. Saves tons of time. Highly recommended.
i use this app to deal with returns, its simple and very efficient . lets you fully customize the return and exchange portal to allow you to run your store more efficiently
