I love this app. It has made exchanges go from Shopify to Xero perfectly. The support is incredible!!

I use this app since a week, and it is great for user experience! Every exchange or refund request is converted into Shopify! The best thing is to have the opportunity to chat with the support for any question. They are super nice and take a lot of comments in consideration. They work hard to add future improvements, and propose always better. I recommend 300% !!

Dieses Return & Exchange App ist sensationell und weitaus das beste was ich bis jetzt mit Shopify ausporbiert hab. Super Intergration mit Shopify und unterstützt alle benötigten Exchange/Return-Use Cases, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Thema alleine ist ja schon sehr komplex, aber richtig konfiguriert macht es die Kundenerfahrung super einfach und übersichtlich, eine Retoure anzumelden, selbst auf dem Mobile. Super ist auch die Möglichkeit für Refund mit Store-Credit, welche sogar im Kunden-Konto angezeigt werden kann. Aber auch im Backoffice sehr übersichtlich mit gutem Zusammenspiel mit Shopify-Admin.

Und noch viel besser ist der Support von returnGo, ohne langes warten im Chat, hilfsbereit unterstützen sie, wo sie nur können. Dank deren Hilfe konnte ich auch komplexere Fragestellungen zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit lösen.

Omg, this is a must-have for every business owner. I don't normally review apps but I couldn't let this good mine pass fellow small business entrepreneurs. Install it and you will be forever grateful. Worth every dime. I am just astounded by how well this app is made and how it makes the whole experience seamless and completely customizable. Super helpful support team! I've contacted them a few times and they have always been very quick to respond and able to fix the issue. This app is great value and works well.

Firstly, customer service was helpful during the installment process. They clarified every point for us. Also, the UX is user-friendly. They helped us, especially on language conversion. Every steps are simplified. Merchants who use Money Order in their stores could use efficiently. IBAN check feature is trust point for merchants. Thanks for the great service again!

We were previously using ReturnMagic, once they shut down we were looking for a good replacement. Thus we have done trials with many other companies.
After a lot of searching, we have found ReturnGo to be a great fit for our company!

We are using this app to offer store credits for our client's return - under Shopify basic. I was looking for an app to simplify the return process and very happy to have found it. The Returngo team has been very responsive and helpful with the application setup. They always reply instantly! We've only been using it for a month as of now, but very happy about it. Big + for us: we can translate all text, offer store credit, have a simple platform in the backend to manage the returns, customize the layout to match our store design.
