Takes a bit of learning to figure out but it is SUPER helpful and worth it. Support is amazing about going above and beyond to make sure app does exactly what you need it to do!

What I love most about this app is the endless possibilities. Once you've got the hang of it and covered your returns preferences, you can move on to create a customer retention methods and much more.

Amazing app, and AMAZING customer service!
If you don't have it yet, download it. It will save you so much time from doing the usual back and forth with your customers. Install and add your carrier (don't forget to add $ balance like I did at first) to get your prepaid labels sent to your customer. Put everyhing on automated and let it go.

The customer service is the best. They helped me setup the app from A to Z. I also have to spend way less time on customer service now everything is finally structured! Thanks a lot!
