Great app to manage all your returns in one place. Customers have an easy returns portal to process their returns easily. You can manually approve the returns or automatically. This frees a lot of time for our customer service reps and also keeps our customers happy with hassle free return process. App integrates with all the shipping apps and they also offer their own solutions. It's much cheaper than all the other options out there and the staff are top notch. They help us quickly with any question we have and even implementing custom solutions that other apps don't remotely offer. Highly recommended!

The relatively high costs are justified by an increased rate of exchanges instead of simple returns, which we would otherwise not have, so that sales are maintained, and by increased customer satisfaction.
