This frees a lot of time for our customer service reps and also keeps our customers happy with hassle free return process. App integrates with all the shipping apps and they also offer their own solutions. It's much cheaper than all the other options out there and the staff are top notch. They help us quickly with any question we have and even implementing custom solutions that other apps don't remotely offer. Highly recommended!

This app works however when you exchange a product it discounts the new item to a zero amount which is incorrect and your accounting will take it as you sold a product for no money.

I have raised this issue with return go and they said well thats how it works.

If you running an accounting system for your sales, its a nightmare to fix and correct this issue.
