So it's good, BUT we just moved to a new shopify domain and they are not responding or helping us integrate so it's like we're paying for nothing? It's the SAME DOMAIN but a different shopify account. Nothing has changed, we just need to add it as a partner integration to this new store and no one is answering. Fine app if it works though.

I never got to use the app, but I tried twice to get it installed. Customer service is VERY slow at responding. The widget wouldn't install and after 2 weeks and 2 attempts I give up. It looks like it might be a great app, but the lack of help and poor app performance is enough to keep me from installing it again.
I really like the app, however, there is no customer service. I posted two questions three days ago and they have not even been seen as of today.
UPDATE:
Customer support notified me that the message was referring to not being available in the UK not that it is not supported on shopify, error was confusing but support was second to none, thank you, would love to re-review once available in the UK
