Personally this app was very difficult for me to understand and when you are running a business you need simple and straightforward. Right now I am struck trying to figure out a exchange for a client on my own. Honestly, for a back end service there should be a customer service number to reach out to. The layout and design of the app is beautiful though and the first few times I had issues they did reach out with in a few hour. This app just was not helpful for my needs but the reps were nice.

We are a paying customer and have questions about how to set up the app so that it can work for our needs. It's been 4 days since we emailed their customer support with an urgent question that was blocking us from setting up our returns page and despite multiple follow ups there has been radio silence.
The app itself is pretty good with some limitations, but the customer service is completely dead after signing on. For the amount of $ this cost you would think you would get TOP Service.
Used returnly for over a year. Returns process works smoothly for customers, but the app is entirely too expensive. The commission they take on instant refunds is way too high, and there are other apps out there which can get customers to keep their money with you, for cheaper.
Offloading from this app was a nightmare. Zero communication, which caused quite the customer service headache on our end.
I suggest checking out one of the other many returns apps built for shopify. We definitely didn't regret switching off this platform.
