The app works wonderfully and the customer service as well is great even though I did not get the assistance initially. Thanks to Susan for coming to the rescue.
Really useful app. Has saved me a ton of time processing returns and completing exchanges. Wish there were better backend features like editing returns / changing their designation or creating returns for customers when situations get complicated.

Was supposed to be a Free App. We didn't know we were being billed until we were double billed this month. There was no email to let us know the billing policy was changed , as far as we know.
Contacted Shopify support and they were helpful to let us know they will contact Return Magic for us.

It worked pretty well once you got it up and running with the integrations. It used to be free but understandably they now have to charge a monthly fee. $10 is okay if you have a lot of sales volume and expect a lot of returns. They need a better pricing module to accommodate smaller volume stores. It no longer works for us, we got pushed out because of the new pricing so I will be deleting it. I did contact customer service and they were very responsive.
Probably the simplest return app out there right now with the best overall function. If your store does not do many returns, then this is a good app to consider. Integrates easily and there have been no issues. Being able to provide the prepaid return shipping label is a big plus since we offer free domestic returns.
The only downside with this app is the CSS customization. There is none. You can't even change the color of the buttons so it will not match the theme of your store. So other than limited customization, nice return app that your customers should certainly appreciate.
Easy to use. Great at answering any questions you have and will walk you through helping you.
After working out all the kinks (and they were super patient about it them all!), we have Return Magic up and running to our satisfaction.
We don't have it customer facing due to the type of products we sell and the fact that we're a Canadian company shipping primarily to the US, we've figured out how to make it work for us.
A couple more tweaks (and only because we don't have the customers using it) and this would be a perfect app.
