AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

I just downloaded this app but have yet to use it for returns. Set-up was fairly easy, besides having to link to a different app (which wasn't clear in the beginning). Customer service was helpful and answered right away, so that's a huge plus.

Good product, but is should have store credits feature enabled in the account as well. We should not have to download another one.

Great app, really easy to use and the support team have been very quick to reply to my emails. Compliments aftership app really well. Needs a few more features to be perfect, but I believe these are on the roadmap. Tim

Good App but a Bit Expensive. I am still testing this. Let see how it goes. I have hopes that the app will be as expected.

Seems like it should work. I created a mock return request and all seemed to work well. The reason I didn't give if the full 5 stars is I think they could improve it by adding an option for customers to submit a picture of a defect. That way the seller could make an immediate decision to refund or replace the item without the customer having to return a parcel and wait for it to arrive and be ...

Really easy and simple to setup and use! Support has been fantastic so far. Would like to see more customizable template options

Die App hilft Retouren einfacher zu managen, obwohl ich den korrekten Workflow noch nicht ganz verstanden bzw. wohl nicht vollständig eingerichtet habe. Bin aber insgesamt zufrieden damit.

So far it is working great. Run into errors with adding text on common return questions section

Simple and easy installation. Useful app, I would recommend it to others great service by Aftership!
