The app looks really good, but it should include diferent province options in some countries, it makes really difficult to charge acording to diferent cities, when the app don't recognice them in my country.
I used this app to set up my returns through Shopify. The customer support rep was awesome and very knowledgeable!
I was very happy with the services offered on this platform!
I can't wait to use it for our business.

It is confusing and not easy to set up. I you have someone who understands all the steps you have to take to get this running in the background, then it will be easy. But for a new person setting up their shop, its not east to get running.

I strongly recommend adding return reason option for each return item rather then only allowing customer to select a reason for all - which may not apply to every returning item
