I think this is an interesting enough system. I need more practice to use this program. in the third tab where it is indicated (return by yourself) I had problems with confirmation

I love this app, just didn't need it at the time. I did cancel, but it wasn't because of the app. It looks to deliver just what it says

It work very well for my needs, easy to setup. Makes it very easy for the customers to return there products.

Seems fine so far, apart from a few bugs (and outside of basically forcing you to review the product if you want to access all features).

Signed up for a trial of AfterShip Returns. Their website and help docs indicate Royal Mail returns ARE possible but only after support chat is it made clear this is for Enterprise only. I have no idea why this isn't stated anywhere. Just a sentence would suffice. An afternoon wasted. Thanks folks!

Awful app. Cannot customize the email. So it says from AFTERSHIP and not our company name. Support takes way to long to answer and they don't have phone support. Do not recommend.

Great and super responsive customer service response to inquiries. Have not yet seen if it meets our stores need for store credit, but hope to explore options soon.

horrible. 3 days of trying to get my card to work so I can simply buy labels and 5 different customer service reps saying "we are working on it" or "its fixed now try it" over and over and of course it doesnt work.
