Love having this app as part of our website. It makes it so easy for our customer to return anything and gives them peace of mind when purchasing. I free's us up from a lot of administration time it takes to process as return, allowing us to put that energy into growing our business in different areas. Thanks!

Many customers have reported that return notifications don't work, plus limited customizations, limited accounts, and the worst customer service and support ever.
