Highly recommend- Love how this app makes the return process so much easier for returns and exchanges. Customers get email updates throughout the entire process so they're in the know about their return. After a few weeks of using the app and having several returns in process, I accidentally deleted the app and lost all my data. Looking back I wish I never panicked because the AfterShip team was able to pull up all my data and get it reinstalled on my store through the app! Thank you so much Samad, Raviz, Manish, Rohit, and Shahvaz!

I really love this app, everyone makes an app to get the product out properly. But it's just as vital to monitor the returns, this is a wonderful app

After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. This meant our time was spent completing returns for our customers. At first they were unable to help even after I proved there was an issue by providing video proof of the problem. Now they have agreed to show the developers and to do something about it. I'm bumping them up to 4 stars as they ultimately decided to do something about the issue and the system is actually pretty good. I'm leaving a star off as its a pain in the A** to get them to actually help you.

Very easy to use and makes the best impression of the ones we tested. Happy so far. Would be very helpful to have Swedish language added.

This is something I have needed for way too long. This app is helping me to expand my sales by streamlining my returns process and by offering free return shipping. The customer service to get this up and running has been fabulous.

Looks like a great App - Only accepts low image resolution on the assets page - But generally does what it says.
