I put in the return address in the return address section, but customer still get emails list this:

We have found the returns centre helpful. As a relatively new business, it is good to have some automation. Customer service has been fast also.

Just installed the app and it was pretty straight forward. Would be very interested to see how our first return goes through the app, but so far so good

Fairly easy to set up - a few things weren't immediately obvious but were resolved quickly. This will make the returns process much easier!

I used this app to help me to keep order and to keep track of returns for my store. I like how I can customize the app to look like my store brand, and the process is almost automated after that. The customer service is prompt and very helpful. Thanks for making my returns process easier!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this app. Although our store has not launched . Their SUPPORT is nothing short of EXCELLENT++++ I have spoken to several people from this company and every single one I have encountered have been so helpful, genuinely want to make it work well for your need and have been SO PROFESIONAL . I don't usually do a review but I think this app maker deserves it. I am very new in setting up in shopify and am not very savvy, but they took out the worry out of me as they were ready to help at anytime. I believe when a company wants you to succeed , you just want them to do well too. I wish you guys all the best and wish that all app/theme makers are as professional as you :)

works well to organize our exchanges but there should be a function to issue a store credit within the shopify system since they do not offer this.
