Great App!! It gives any site a very professional image.
Seems easy enough to setup still awaiting return
One of the most efficient app on Shopify. Please add option to customise email.
I have the app mostly set up though we haven't actively started using it yet. I had to contact support for several things and their response and knowledge was timely and very helpful.
Nice to have. Good experience in app. Nice support and nice help from the team. Had to write more than 100 characters
great app if you want to improve customer experience
free plan is too basic, i expected more to be honest and a lot of other features are over priced for no reason but when it comes to technicality its awesome

Just starting out so I will comment again once I have actually get a chance to use it.
Provides a great for what can be a difficult process. I look forward to using this in my store. It is much better than the returns protocol I was going to use.
This is a good app to have however for someone new to e-commerce it can be confusing and there's no options to chat with anyone if you need help.
