Great app and the customer service is very fast.
The customizing of the return page is very nice and can be branded like your store guidelines

I want to give commendation to Moazzam who has been a great help to me in resolving the issues I encountered in AfterShip. Moazzam is very quick in finding the issue and proving resolution.

The customer service is great. We got on a zoom and Shavaz me through the entire troubleshooting process.

Works great for our return process, good customer service whenever I've had an issue. Would definitely recommend!

This app really had a lot of really great features. We loved that we could customize SO much in it! The only downside that made us end up switching return systems, is that we could not offer our customers return labels that was an easy process to return. There was too much manual stuff that had to be done using AfterShip, so we ended up making the switch after a few years of using AfterShip. It is a great app for lower volumes, but doing such large volumes now we needed something that could keep up with us!
