Veldig god app. Eneste jeg skulle ønske var at ved bytteforespørsel, burde kunden fått lov å velge vare å bytte i. Da hadde varen kunne blitt reservert til kunden og akkumulert på samme ordre.

Great app, integration is seamless to Shopify. Will continue to use, integration with Postmen is also good.

The description stated the free plan allows 5 returns per month. The free plan on the app itself states 3.

works well to organize our exchanges but there should be a function to issue a store credit within the shopify system since they do not offer this.

Pretty solid app. Set up is straight forward and customer service is responsive. Very affordable compared to alternatives. A few reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars: 1) Exchanges are not automatic. If a customer requests one, you have to create it in Shopify separately. 2) USPS labels are formatted to print out as 4x6, so when the customer prints it at home on 8.5x11 3) For automatic return approval (which we use, so customers get the return label as soon as they request it), you can only select 1 shipping service not multiple based on weight 4) You can't edit the language for when a customer tries to return outside the return eligibility window. All in all, these are not enough for us to justify spending more on a different service. AfterShip Returns is solid and gets the job done.

So far so good i have not fully used the website yet. I have yet to use the intergration features. :)

i think the app is great . im still playing around with it. the customization of the page is hardest because the pics have to be a certain size so no matter what i do nothing is acceptable. im also trying to figure out how to customize the emails because there are things in the draft that doesnt align with my store policy. all and all great feature to have on my site. thank you

Very easy return management. However the only downside is, it's a little difficult to customize the return page with our store's return policy and you can only access customer service through email and they take about 24hrs + to respond. We ended up having to use our own developer to and alter the code which isn't very user friendly.
