AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

Works great. Nice and streamlined. Easy to approve or reject returns. Only change I would recommend is to be able to open the order page on a separate tab when clicking the order number from the Aftership returns center.

Simple App that Allows my customers to feel that they can return something easily. adds a level of trust for our stores

Very easy to set up. From the administrative side things are very easy to track and approve returns. Support is very quick and helpful with answering any questions I had.

The APP does everything it stands for, really useful to automatize the return process. All my questions were immediately handled by Ankush with ease, amazing support!

Great customer service! We had a 7 day free trial and they offered to extend it to 14 since we needed a few more days to work out the kinks. Super awesome!

Returns Center is an amazing app. At first I was a bit skepticism of it especially since such an amazing service was free but now all my worries are cleared. The app has saved us on average 5h of surrport weekly making handling returns super easy. It’s well integrated with our store and support for the custom domain too really helps branding. The app makes returns so simple, before we’d have to ask for a whole bunch of details and manually do it through Shopify but now we simply just have to approve and that’s it! It’s. 10/10 stars app that should be mandatory for every store owner. Best of all, it’s free.
