Returns center was super easy to set up and has worked extremely well for our store. We love that a third party can handle everything for us but that our customers are still happy!

I really like this app so far. It was very easy to add to my store and best of all, it was free. I have very few returns, but this should make it easy for my customers when they do need to return something. It will also make it much easier for me as everything will automatically be attached to the order the return pertains to.

I was in need of a professional efficient returns policy that looks and feels real to our customers. Not just an email. The fact that, Aftership Returns Center is linked to our site through Shopify and I am also able to send a link. The App works like it was designed to. Not to mention the App is free for now. It's completely user friendly and I am able to integrate my returns policy and give the customer clear instructions on the process. It's the best App out there for this service. So far so good. So far, this app has been great! It makes the return process so organized and easy. It's super simple to install and customize. I haven't had any returns yet, but I know the process will be much easier with the AfterShip Returns Center.
