A pretty dope app, I have been looking for an easy to use Return portal and this is it. You can click on a name and send an E-mail. it holds the tracking #. I was surprised after it was installed. Has already made my life `100% easier

I love this app and their customer service team! It is free & so easy to use, but they will quickly help you if you have any issues. Highly recommend!

This app saves us time replying to return emails and the customer support is great and even responds after hours.

Service was simple and good.;. helpful so far. The tool is a really useful for customers and we have not actually tested it yet but hopefully it will do what it says
